The ribbon builder from Uniform Ribbons.com included below will help you create an image file that you can upload to us for your plaque. Please use the instructions as a general overview of the steps required:

Select all your ribbons using the on/off toggle , a device like a star, oak leaf etc. use drop down .
When all ribbons have been selected, Press the blue Submit button, the ribbon rack will appear under an advertisement.
Right click the rack image and push “Save image as..” in the popup box, select your desktop, and change the filename to “LastName-Ribbons”.
Under the ribbon builder, Push the "Choose File" upload button and upload the rack image file you saved to your computer’s desktop.
